CANNA - Marketing Associate

In this role it is your goal to increase the impact of product marketing for our business unit in the USA. You make the analysis of current and new market opportunities by focusing on our target group and our products. Within this scope you have the ability to effectuate chances and identify risks. You are responsible for assisting in the marketing plan for the USA with the strategy of the Dutch HQ and our main goal to increase our market share. You are able to assist with developing website and social media content in a creative and playful way for branding and communication management on Instagram to further enthuse the (starting and exploratory) grower and to enlarge sales. You also organize and coordinate all (off and online) marketing activities like campaigns, mailings, development and procurement of POS materials, seminars, sponsorship and scholarships to increase our brand equity.

·         You have 1-2 years of relevant experience.

·         You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing.

·         You are a strategic thinker and have analytical skills.

·         You are open-minded, proactive and can work independently.

·         You can switch tasks easily and you have a hands-on mentality.

·         You do not have a 9-5 mentality

·         You are a fluent English speaker with great communication skills (verbal/written).

·         You understand what our target group desires.
